Law​/Legal Associate, Employment Law

We are working with a leading law firm in Los Angeles that is looking to hire a Labor & Employment Associate with 2–5 years’ experience to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants to develop a well-rounded employment practice
, working on a mix of:

• Employment litigation (including wage & hour and class actions)
• Day-to-day employment counselling
• Workplace investigations and compliance
• Drafting and advising on employment policies and agreements

The team advises a diverse client base
, from major corporates to fast-growing businesses, and is known for high-quality work, strong mentorship, and a collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–5 years’ experience in labor & employment law
• Strong litigation and/or advisory experience
• Experience with California employment law (essential)
• Excellent drafting and client-facing skills
• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility)
