• At least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions—mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and other business transactions.
• Experience with deals in software, technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a significant plus.
• Strong academic credentials, superb judgment, communication skills, and commitment to excellence.
• Motivated self‑starter ability to work independently and proactively.
• Preferred:
