This position offers the chance to handle meaningful cases, serve a wide range of clients, and be part of a team with a strong reputation for results and community involvement.

• Manage an average caseload of 40 matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct client consultations and intake calls
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Negotiate settlements and litigate contested issues
• Handle family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence

• Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 with structured and discretionary bonuses
• Health Coverage: 100% employer-paid for employees and dependents
• Dental & Vision: 50% employer-paid for employees and dependents
• Retirement: 401(k) with employer match (after 6 months)
• Time Off: 9 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, 3 sick days
• Perks: $75 monthly travel reimbursement, firm-sponsored events, employee recognition, and continued education support

• 1850 annual billable requirement
• In-office role, Monday–Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m.
• 35–40 hours per week, balancing billable and non-billable work

• Family Law or Civil Litigation background
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Dedication to client service and courtroom excellence
