We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employment/Labor law litigation and be passionate about advocating for clients' rights and interests.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' interests

Requirements

• Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to interpret and apply complex legal concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and similar legal research tools
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar as an attorney
