Key ResponsibilitiesThis attorney will consult with potential new O-1 and EB-1 clients, review documents and cases for quality assurance, and correspond with clients to answer their legal questions. This attorney must have significant experience with O-1 visas and EB-1A green cards (200 cases+). Familiarity with NIW’s is also a very strong plus and factor in compensation. This position is in-office 4 days per week and WFH 1 day per week.
QualificationsBe licensed to practice law in the U.S.
Have experience with and enjoy working on O-1 and EB-1A cases.
Be detail oriented when performing quality assurance document and case review.
Enjoy communicating with clients.
Work Schedule & LocationMonday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
This position is in-office 4 days per week and WFH 1 day per week.
