Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, is actively seeking a dedicated attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This role offers the unique opportunity to focus exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While direct warranty experience is not required, candidates must possess a strong foundation in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations. You will leverage your advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
• Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation.
• Conducting motion practice.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in mediations.
• Conducting thorough legal research.
• Drafting persuasive legal writings.
• Engaging in effective negotiation.
• Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.

• Mid- to senior-level Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Remote or in one of their offices, as long as you are a member of the CA BAR and based in CA.

$170,000 to $200,000 plus bonus.
