Overview
Seeking highly qualified alternative track associates to join our litigation—products liability and toxic torts practice in Los Angeles or Orange County, California offices. This is a non‑partnership track position with a billable hour requirement of 1,850 hours annually. The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be a member of the California State Bar.
Qualifications- Member of the California State Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- 3‑5+ years of experience handling high volume litigation, taking depositions, leading discovery, and familiarity with California state court procedures
- Experience in products liability and toxic torts is a plus but not required

Salary and CompensationFor positions in California, the salary wage range is $170,000 to $225,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
BenefitsThe total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
At‑Will EmploymentIf hired, employee will be in an "at‑will" position. The firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
