This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at the firm’s office in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include legal research and analysis, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts and agreements, providing counsel on complex litigation and transactional matters, and managing case files. The Associate will collaborate with senior attorneys and interact with clients to deliver high-quality legal services. Additional tasks may include court filings, client communications, and assisting in trial preparation.
Qualifications- Strong legal research, legal writing, and case analysis skills
- Proficiency in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Experience or familiarity with litigation, including managing case files and preparing for court proceedings
- Knowledge of business law, real estate, intellectual property, and international transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and time management skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in California
- Experience in high-profile or complex cases is a plus
