This role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager seeking exposure to a broad range of California PI matters and a clearly defined hybrid schedule
.

Hybrid Schedule (Clearly Defined):

• In-office during onboarding to learn systems, workflows, and expectations
• Within 90 days: Transition to 3 days in office / 2 days remote
  , once performance and routine are established

This is a true hybrid role, not a future or informal promise!

• Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation support
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates
• Coordinate medical treatment, records, billing, and liens
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently
• Track deadlines and maintain organized, litigation-ready files

• Plaintiff-side Personal Injury case management experience required
• Experience must be broad — single-specialty backgrounds (e.g., asbestos only) will not be considered
• Hands-on experience with:
• Premises liability / slip and fall
• Other common personal injury matters

• $80,000 – $135,000
  , depending on experience
• Range provided in compliance with California pay transparency laws
