Overview
Law firm is seeking a mid level Corporate M&A Attorney to join their Los Angeles office.
Qualifications- JD required
- Barred in CA required
- At least 6–8 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions required
- Demonstrated strength in drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents
- Experience working directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive and positive attitude
Billable Hour Requirement: 1,800 hours
