SR Staffing is partnering with a nationally recognized, full-service Am Law 200 firm in Los Angeles that is seeking a highly experienced Senior Trusts and Estates attorney to join its dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a firm that combines the resources of a large platform with a personalized, client-focused approach tailored to privately held businesses and individuals. The firm’s leadership is deeply committed to supporting attorneys in growing their practice and delivering exceptional service.

• Experience
  : 10+ years in trusts and estates law, with a strong focus on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Expertise
  :
  Ability to independently draft both basic and advanced estate planning documents, incorporating estate and income tax strategies, including irrevocable trusts
• Client-Facing Skills
  :
  Proven track record of leading client meetings and building long-term relationships
• Licensure
  :
  Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Location
  :
  Must be able to travel to the Los Angeles office several times per week

• Salary Range
  : $250,000 – $300,000 (flexibility possible for exceptional candidates)
• This is a senior-level role with no oversight—ideal for attorneys who can independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets and provide strategic tax guidance.
