Mission Recruiting is working with an established civil litigation practice to add a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to its West Los Angeles office. This role offers hands-on litigation work, meaningful client interaction, and the support of a collaborative team that values balance, mentorship, and long-term growth.

This position is ideal for an attorney who wants real courtroom exposure while building strong litigation skills in an environment that is professional, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable.

• Court appearances and motion practice
• Drafting pleadings and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and pre-trial preparation
• Supporting trial strategy and trial work
• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000 per year
