A rapidly growing, full-service AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking talented Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join the Los Angeles team. About the Role

We are hiring associates with 2+ years of litigation experience
, with a strong preference for those on the defense side. Prior commercial litigation experience is highly valued but not required. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to handle complex matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related documents
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court for hearings, arguments, and trials
• Managing multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
• Active membership in the California Bar

Competitive compensation: $125,000 - $275,000+ (commensurate with experience)
