We focus on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, employment, and business disputes. As a Senior Associate Trial Attorney, you will be a key member of our trial team, handling complex litigation from pre-litigation through verdict. This is a hands‑on role ideal for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys shaping legal strategies that deliver results for our clients.

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution
• Develop comprehensive case strategies and oversee their execution
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations

• 10–15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis in personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation
• Extensive trial experience, including first‑chair jury trials preferred
• Strong legal analysis and writing skills
• A high level of organization, independence, and attention to detail
• Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing

• Competitive compensation: $160,000–$240,000 annually, depending on experience
