About the RoleA highly ranked national law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its well‑established and collaborative Los Angeles‑based Real Estate Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior or mid‑level attorney to handle complex commercial real estate transactions for institutional clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Review and prepare office, retail, and industrial leases
- Negotiate property management and joint venture agreements
- Assist with borrower‑side financing transactions
- Support senior attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional real estate law
- Strong background in purchase‑and‑sale agreements, leasing, and property management contracts
- Experience with borrower‑side financing and joint ventures preferred
- Excellent academic credentials from a top‑tier law school
- Superior research, drafting and negotiation skills
- Admission to the California Bar required
