The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and compliance matters related to energy and infrastructure projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements.
• Manage active and potential litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and renewable energy compliance.
• Support the development of container-based AI and renewable energy projects and related ventures.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice.
• 15–20 years of litigation and contract experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with pragmatic business judgment.
