You’ll work directly alongside seasoned partners and sharp associates who are committed to mentorship and professional growth. Associates don’t just assist—they strategize, lead, and shape litigation outcomes.

The Work

You’ll focus on wage and hour class actions (90%) and individual FEHA/retaliation matters (10%), including:

• Drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements

• Leading depositions and court appearances

• Supporting strategy and client advocacy from start to finish

• Salary Range:
Up to $200,000 DOE

• Performance Bonus:
Discretionary year-end bonuses + annual raises

• Origination Bonus:
Earn 12.5% of attorneys’ fees for cases you originate (7.5% with referrals)
