An elite Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Associate (4–6 years PQE) with strong M&A and private equity experience to join its expanding Century City office. This partnership‑track role offers early client exposure, hands‑on deal work, and a clear path for progression.

Join a high‑performing corporate group advising on market‑leading M&A and private equity deals across a broad range of industries including entertainment, tech, aerospace, consumer products, and financial services. The team is known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong mentorship, and collaborative work environment.

• Lead and support M&A and private equity transactions from term sheet to closing
• Draft and negotiate stock, asset, and merger agreements and other deal documentation
• Manage and coordinate deal teams and due diligence efforts
• Collaborate directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice on complex transactions

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A, private equity, and/or joint ventures
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements
• Proven ability to manage deal flow and coordinate across practice groups
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
• Member of the California Bar (in good standing)
• JD from a top‑tier law school with strong academic credentials

Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
