Venable LLP’s Commercial Litigation Group seeks a mid-level associate with at least four years of experience to join the practice in the Los Angeles office.

• Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.

• Four or more years of related experience.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and in good standing with the California bar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to work in a team; prepared to take on significant responsibility.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Please include law school transcripts with submissions.

The salary range for associate positions is $215,000 to $355,000 per year
.
