Position: Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: In-Office (No Remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m.

Overview

Our firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment-related matters; however, we are open to considering strong litigators from other practice areas who are interested in transitioning into employment law. This is a fully in-office position and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed
  • Participate in case strategy, evaluation, and client communication
  • Collaborate closely with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience (employment litigation preferred; other litigation backgrounds will be considered)
  • Active and in good standing with the state bar
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working in-office full time
Billable Requirement
  • 150 billable hours per month / 1,800 hours per year
Compensation
  • Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience
