We assist our clients with commercial litigation and business transactions.
Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations.
We are seeking an attorney to join our Los Angeles office with five to seven years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Requirements include:
- Experience with leasing and purchase and sale transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assume independent responsibility.
- Willingness to assist with corporate matters, including formation of legal entities, financing transactions, and M&A deals.
- Licensed attorney in California.
Korean or Chinese language proficiency is not required but is a plus.
