A highly reputable AV rated firm is looking for a Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a great firm that appreciates all their staff. This firm has been established for 30+ years and has a successful track record of taking cases to trial and winning. Practice areas include insurance defense, premises liability, general liability, employment law and business litigation.
This is an on-site position for the first 90 days and then offers hybrid flexibility.
- Support civil litigation defense work in areas including insurance defense, premises liability, general liability, employment law and business litigation.
- Collaborate with a team to manage cases through trial and resolution.
- At least 1+ years civil litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in CA
- Willingness to learn, grow and be mentored
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Commute- 90017
- Metric based bonuses - clear based on exceeding 1850 billable + monthly paid bonuses
