Growing Mid-size Law Firm in Encino is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and strong Excel skills.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Analyzing wage and hour claims, penalties, and damages
• Conducting exposure analysis
• Preparing materials for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, etc.
• Conducting legal research

• Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience; 5+ years preferred
• Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant attestation required
• Advanced Excel skills is a big plus
