Associate Attorney - Toxic Tort Defense

Locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, CA

We are seeking an Associate Attorney (2nd-6th year from bar admission) to join our nationally recognized defense litigation team. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with general defense litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into toxic tort, asbestos, and silica defense. Prior toxic tort experience is not required-we provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2-6 years of litigation experience (defense preferred, but not required)
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
