A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its Los Angeles‑based practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional foundation and be comfortable working on a mix of development, construction, and financing matters.

Join a market‑leading team advising on a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, entitlements, regulatory issues, and development‑related contracts. This position offers exposure to some of the region’s most high‑profile deals and a highly collaborative environment.

• Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents
• Support entitlement and development matters
• Advise on construction agreements and related regulatory issues
• Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams on financing and project execution
• Manage multiple transactions with precision and client responsiveness

• 1–4 years of real estate experience at a large or mid‑sized law firm
• JD from a respected U.S. law school; member of the California Bar
• Excellent drafting, writing, and project management skills
• Demonstrated interest in transactional real estate and development
• A creative, organized, and detail‑oriented legal professional

Salary Range: $205,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
