Paralegal

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.

• Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparation
• Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather case information
• Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems
• Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
• Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary

Required:

• Experience with high-volume case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong research skills using tools like Westlaw
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field OR Paralegal certificate
• Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
• Knowledge of Lemon law
• Bilingual (Spanish or other language)

Hourly Rate: $28.00 -$35.00 an hour
