We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team and handle all aspects of personal injury litigation.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full caseload from filing through trial. You must have strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and deadlines, along with hands-on litigation experience including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation
  , including law and motion, written discovery, and court appearances.
• Conduct and defend lay and expert depositions
  .
• Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and other court filings.
• Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience

• Strong understanding of court deadlines, rules, and procedures

• Proven experience with depositions, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
