Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre‑litigation attorney to serve as a Pre‑Suit Attorney in our growing Los Angeles, CA offices located in Brentwood, Downtown and Irvine.

• Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work
• Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre‑litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6‑10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
