We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world. You’ll also own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with local and global legal frameworks, and managing litigation. Your responsibilities will increase rapidly as you expand your expertise.
Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
- Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, corporate matters, employment, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and fully reimbursed
- COVID-19 vaccination required
