Trademark Paralegal

California-based full‑time Trademark Paralegal – remote, in‑person or hybrid (candidate must be based in California). This role at Minx Law, PC in Santa Monica offers the chance to work with leading global brands across entertainment, digital media, consumer goods, software & technology, health & wellness.

• Manage U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, ensuring accurate docketing, filings, & responses to office actions.
• Communicate with foreign counsel to coordinate international filings and monitoring.
• Maintain global trademark portfolios, track renewals, and provide status updates to clients.
• Meet an annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours.

• Minimum 5 years managing global trademark portfolios at a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Expert‑level knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in coordinating with foreign counsel.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

$85,000 – $95,000 yearly.
