Real Estate and Construction Litigation Attorney

North Hollywood, CA (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

2 to 6 years (junior associate level, not newly qualified)

• Handle a varied docket of real estate, landlord and tenant, and construction related disputes
• Join a fast‑paced boutique that values initiative, ownership and practical problem solving
• Get real courtroom exposure with frequent hearings, motion work and direct client contact
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys who invest in mentoring junior associates
• Clear scope for progression as the team grows, with genuine long‑term career potential

• Litigate commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, construction disputes and related real‑estate claims
• Draft pleadings, motions and discovery, and appear in court in state courts across Southern California
• Take and defend depositions, assist with mediation and settlement negotiations
• Help develop case strategy with partners and manage files from intake through resolution
• Communicate directly with property owners, developers and business clients, providing regular updates

• 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with real estate, landlord and tenant or construction exposure
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills with confidence in court
• Comfortable handling a busy docket and working to deadlines with limited supervision
• A practical, solutions‑focused approach and a genuine interest in real‑estate and construction disputes
• Admission to the California Bar and current good standing

• Base salary around $200,000 depending on experience
