Our client, an established civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join their team (hybrid schedule). He/she will handle court appearances, pleading motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre‑trial preparation, trial, and be a key part of the client relationship.
Salary & Benefits
$125,000 – $175,000 per year, plus a generous bonus program based on billing metrics, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term, long‑term disability, 401(k) with employer match), training and mentoring, flexible scheduling, and a partnership track.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed California attorney looking to develop litigation experience in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
- 4‑5 years of civil litigation experience (trial experience is a plus).
