Job Description
  • Provide legal counsel on labor, employment, and workplace safety matters to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related agreements and policies.
  • Handle litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
  • Develop and deliver training on workplace safety and employment compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide holistic legal solutions.

Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state of California.
  • Strong knowledge of labor, employment, and workplace safety laws.
  • Proven ability to handle legal research, drafting, and litigation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
