Candidate will have the following:
Minimum 3 years of experience engaged in employment litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent);

Experience with employment counseling, and conventional labor matters.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired);
Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required;
California Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and managing employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
• Taking and defending depositions in employment-litigation matters.
• Supporting the team by performing work on other matters as needed.
• Assisting in providing day‑to‑day employment and counseling for clients.
• Reviewing, analyzing and drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks, severance agreements and other employment documents.
