Temp-to-Perm Real Estate Staff Attorney

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for a Temp-to-Perm Real Estate Staff Attorney.

Company: AmLaw 200 firm

Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities Include:

Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a staff attorney to support their Real Estate team. Candidates will have substantive experience with real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions, including experience conducting title and survey review, drafting and negotiating loan documents and transaction documents, and facilitating closings. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people.

Qualifications Include:

• J.D. and admission in good standing in California
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Substantive experience with real estate financing, particularly title and survey review
• Able to hit the ground running and work independently on various real estate financing matters

Pay Range: $100/hour
