Complex Litigation Associate Attorney-Los Angeles​/o

A leading defense litigation firm based in Illinois with offices throughout the United States is looking add a Complex Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal group.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closey and collaborate with other attorneys and Partners.
• Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients.

Qualifications:

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school
• Must have 2+ years of experience in defense litigation.
• Admitted to practice in California
• Experience with personal injury, General Liability, Catrastrophic Injury, Transportation and other civil Litigation Matters preferred.
• Client Facing experience preferred.
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal project management experience is helpful
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
