Base pay range: $255,000–$330,000 per year. Annual bonus and full benefits.

The Need to Haves

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable law school and strong research & writing skills.
• 3 to 6 years of complex civil litigation experience (commercial or business litigation preferred and consumer class action, trademark or trade secret experience also helpful, including responding to pleadings, drafting and arguing complex motions, taking/defending depositions, handling discovery, and preparing cases for trial).
