Paralegal

An outstanding,
full‑time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Los Angeles, CA area for an Employment Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury civil cases. This position would earn a generous base salary and excellent benefits including employer paid medical benefits (in addition to dental, vision, life, and pet insurance), 401 k, PTO, and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Labor or Employment Law and General Litigation practice experience with heavy emphasis on Trial Preparation and Discovery
• Experience Under Attorney supervision:
  Drafting, Editing, Filing, Cite‑checking, assisting in all stages of trial law
  preparing legal documents including:
  Case documents, exhibits for basic pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other proceedings is a MUST
• Ability to provide excellent support to attorneys and trial teams including managing trial logistics, exhibits, trial calendars and binders
  , etc. is a MUST
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with Witnesses, Clients, Attorneys and Defense Counsel is a MUST
• Knowledge of EEOC and DFEH claims process and CA Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) is a MUST
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (or related degree) and/or Paralegal Certification is a PLUS
