Overview

Our client, a mid-sized law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with 2 to 5 years of general litigation experience to join its growing Eminent Domain practice. While prior experience in real estate, eminent domain, or inverse condemnation is preferred, it is not required. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting motions and discovery, appearing in court, and taking depositions. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills are essential.

  • Contribute to general litigation matters within the Eminent Domain practice
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of general litigation experience
  • Prior experience in real estate, eminent domain, or inverse condemnation preferred but not required
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $215,000, with actual salary dependent on the candidate’s experience and years of practice. Annual performance-based bonuses are also offered.

The firm supports hybrid work arrangements and provides an annual telecommute budget. Associates are expected to meet a billable hour requirement of 1850 hours. Benefits include competitive health insurance, a 401(k) with partial match, and eligibility for both discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
