Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year

Insurance Defense Attorney – Premises Liability Focus

• Manage a caseload of premises liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, draft and argue motions, and handle discovery.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in mediations and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate billing records and meet monthly billable expectations (150 hours/month).
• Utilize modern legal technology tools including Microsoft 365, document management systems, and billing software.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong focus on premises liability.
• Strong litigation skills across all phases of the litigation process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
