Position Title
Japanese Bilingual Network Support Engineer
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for network and infrastructure services
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Perform basic troubleshooting following established procedures
- Collaborate with team members in a bilingual environment
- Participate in rotating shift schedules including nights and weekends
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Los Angeles, CA (On-site Work)

- Rotating weekly shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00), including weekends and holidays (5 working days per week)
Hourly rate: $21
