Workday Certified Integration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday functional and technical areas. This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Workday Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Customer. This person should be able to own configuration/ technical changes to existing Workday system.
Develop, configure, and test technical integrations for the Workday Solution using Workday Extend, Workday Studio Developer, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath.
Minimum 4 Years Workday experience, of which 2 years spent in handling Workday Studio integrations from Architect phase to Deploy phase.
Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance
Integration Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM
Experience in handling Integration discovery sessions with the client
CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI/EIBs/Studio, SSK experience are basic requirements
Certifications in Workday Extend/ Integration Core,CCTPP and Studio - Must
Sound understanding of one or more functional modules at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Payroll), preferred experience in Business Process setup
Good understanding of Workday Security
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented way.
Integrations: EIB, CCW/ CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI, Studio Integrations (XSLT 3.0/SSK), Boomerang Integrations, BIRT Reporting
