We are seeking a skilled Lead Test Engineer with a strong foundation in both Manual and Automation testing. The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window.
Must have skills- Should be proficient in both Manual Automation testing Selenium with Java skills
- Should have Automation skills Selenium with Java Cloud bees MongoDB
- Should have hands on experience with Playwright
- Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Able to lead a team of 46 Automation testers
- The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window
- Should have experience on PC Insurance application testing
- Should have experience of working in Agile SAFe Agile projects
- Candidate should be able to design and execute test cases with projects desired productivity
- Conduct post release post-implementation testing
- Candidate should be able to become SME on the assigned area quickly Excellent problems olving and analytical skills
- Should be able to work with end clients QA team directly on daily basis
- Closely work with Dev teams
BA to resolve technical business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives - Should have working knowledge of Rally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams Note on testing
- The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window

The base salary range for the tagged location is $85,231 to $95,458 /yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
