We are seeking a skilled Lead Test Engineer with a strong foundation in both Manual and Automation testing. The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window.

• Should be proficient in both Manual Automation testing Selenium with Java skills
• Should have Automation skills Selenium with Java Cloud bees MongoDB
• Should have hands on experience with Playwright
• Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Able to lead a team of 46 Automation testers
• The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window
• Should have experience on PC Insurance application testing
• Should have experience of working in Agile SAFe Agile projects
• Candidate should be able to design and execute test cases with projects desired productivity
• Conduct post release post-implementation testing
• Candidate should be able to become SME on the assigned area quickly Excellent problems olving and analytical skills
• Should be able to work with end clients QA team directly on daily basis
• Closely work with Dev teams
  
  BA to resolve technical business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives
• Should have working knowledge of Rally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams Note on testing

The base salary range for the tagged location is $85,231 to $95,458 /yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
