IT Systems Manager Legal Infrastructure

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a hands‑on IT Systems Manager to lead technology operations for a high‑performing plaintiff litigation firm in Los Angeles.

This is a mission‑critical role for a systems professional who can stabilize legacy infrastructure while architecting smart modernization. You will be the sole go‑to resource, trusted by attorneys and leadership to keep operations seamless during high‑stakes litigation.

The environment includes nine on‑site servers and 40‑plus Windows 11 workstations in a VMware vSphere 8.0 ecosystem. You will administer Windows Server and SQL environments, oversee Active Directory and security, manage Exchange and Microsoft 365, and provide day‑to‑day helpdesk support.
