DASH is on a mission to help ecommerce brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers - turning everyday shoppers into their most powerful marketing asset.
As we prepare for launch, with a strong focus on the US market, we are looking for a full time Social Media Manager to lead our presence across social platforms.
Tasks- Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, Linked In, You Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Create and publish high quality content consistently. This includes writing posts, filming short form video, editing clips, repurposing content, and collaborating with designers where needed.
- Grow our audience from the ground up by testing formats, analysing performance, and doubling down on what drives engagement.
- Turn customer stories and real campaign results into scroll stopping social content.
- Engage with our community daily. Respond to comments, start conversations, connect with ecommerce founders and creators.
- Spot trends early and adapt them intelligently to fit our brand and audience.
- Work closely with the founders to translate product updates, campaigns, and insights into content that builds awareness and trust.
- Track performance across platforms and report on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
- 1+ years experience managing social media for an ecommerce, DTC, or SaaS brand.
- A deep understanding of how ecommerce brands think, including Shopify operators, Amazon sellers, and DTC founders.
- Proven experience growing social accounts from zero or scaling existing channels through consistent content and experimentation.
- Strong instincts for short form video, UGC style content, and social first storytelling.
- Confidence filming, editing, and publishing content natively across Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube Shorts.
- Clear understanding of what drives engagement on each platform and how to adapt tone and format accordingly.
- Experience building and maintaining a content calendar and delivering consistently without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable analysing performance metrics such as reach, saves, comments, follower growth, and watch time.
- Strong written voice with the ability to speak naturally to ecommerce founders and operators.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable building systems from scratch in a fast moving startup environment.
- Work directly with founders shaping the brand from day one
- A high-trust, creative-first environment with lots of ownership
- Use your own ideas and campaigns to power growth
- Be part of something early - and help define what great looks like
