We are looking for an Asset Management Coordinator - IT! This role is responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of all technology equipment used across the company and affiliated partners.
• Maintain an organized system to manage and document the life cycle of IT assets and create regular reports for management on the status and life cycles of IT assets.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the asset management system.
• Update, input, and manage information about IT assets using various forms and schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the IT asset database.
• Monitor the complete life cycle of each IT asset, including warranty details, refresh dates, and end-of-life data.
• Implement strategies to optimize the use of assets and plan for timely replacements.
• Work closely with the Service Desk, Operations, Office team members to maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asset management or a related administrative role.
• Comfortable using basic software and tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• for data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Any certification in asset management is a plus, but not mandatory.
