Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is a leading real estate–focused law firm founded in Los Angeles in 1968, with offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality end-user support aligned with the firm’s technology systems, policies, and IT strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Deploy, image, configure, and support desktops and laptops
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, networking, printers, and peripherals
- Resolve end-user issues for desktops, laptops, and thin clients
- Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding (accounts, access, hardware)
- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting, repairs, and warranties
- Assist with desktop-related rollouts, upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Monitor and respond to end-user security threats
- Manage IT equipment inventory and documentation
- Create and maintain end-user support documentation
- Provide Help Desk phone and email support
- Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical support role (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and document management systems (iManage Work 10 preferred)
- Experience with legal applications such as Litera, DocXTools, document assembly, and Power PDF
- Understanding of endpoint security tools (Bit Locker, Defender, Crowd Strike, App Locker, MFA)
- Experience supporting VPN, Azure Virtual Desktop, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
- Working knowledge of Group Policy, Intune, Entra , Endpoint Manager, and O365 administration
- Experience working in a ticketing system and meeting SLAs
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM concepts;
Intune experience is a plus
Compensation
- Salary to be based upon experience and education; we're targeting between $80,000-$90,000 annual.
- We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as 401(k) and vacation time.
- Hybrid work arrangement, first 90 days fully in office, followed by in office 4 times per week and on an as needed basis.
