Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to own the operational execution of product launches, website updates and ongoing improvements across Pique’s digital ecosystem. This role serves as a critical bridge between Ecommerce, marketing, design and development, ensuring requirements are clear, timelines are met, QA is thorough and the customer experience remains seamless.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, values structure and brings strong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills to their work.

Responsibilities
  • Own Ecommerce launches and site updates, ensuring product drops, campaigns and releases ship on time and meet quality standards.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with product, UX, marketing and development teams to align requirements, timelines and priorities.
  • Translate Ecommerce and UX requirements into clear, structured development tickets that reduce revision cycles and accelerate build accuracy.
  • Own end-to-end QA process for all site releases.
  • Monitor site health and proactively identify bugs or performance issues, coordinating timely resolution with internal and external partners.
  • Track and document launches and tests, including campaigns, site updates, experiments and A/B test results.
  • Build and maintain SOPs and repeatable workflows for launches and site updates to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage website benchmarking and competitive reviews to inform UI/UX improvements and Ecommerce best practices.
  • Own marketplace execution for Amazon and Tik Tok Shop, including product setup, content updates, pricing changes, promotional readiness and launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Ecommerce operations, digital production, project coordination, or related roles, preferably in DTC.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, including product setup, collections, and basic admin navigation.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Figma.
  • Comfort with running QA processes across all device types.
  • Strong writing and communication skills—especially for delivering clear, actionable requirements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for shaping a motivated, talented, and truth-seeking team culture, with a commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.
