Job Description

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines for CRM Dynamics, leveraging Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, and Azure cloud platforms like Synapse and ADF.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support CRM Dynamics and other business applications.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Implement and manage data integration processes using Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data pipelines.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Optimize data workflows to improve performance and reduce latency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, data flows, and data integration processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, mathematics, information technology or a related field
• Proven experience (5-7 years) in data engineering, data integration, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, implementation, and optimization
• Experience with Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Familiarity with CRM Dynamics/Salesforce/Oracle/Hub Spot, MS Synapse Link integrations, and data integrations
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail
