Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and marketing organization, is seeking a Product Manager to support the sustainment and strategic evolution of multiple high-visibility, marketing-focused websites. This role is ideal for a Product Manager or Product Owner who excels at engaging partners, translating marketing needs into clear requirements, and collaborating with content and technology teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
You’ll manage digital initiatives across well-known brand websites while supporting critical annual campaigns and a large-scale migration of 12 sites to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

What you bring
- Experience engaging partners, running meetings, and gathering requirements
- Strong ability to translate digital website and marketing needs into actionable requirements
- Background working with content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience supporting marketing-focused websites and digital strategies
- Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and technical teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or agency-style marketing environments is a plus
- Exposure to React-based AEM, Edge Delivery, or newer AEM versions is a bonus
What you’ll do
- Engage with marketing partners to understand business goals and translate needs into clear requirements
- Lead cross-functional discussions with content and technology teams to execute website updates and campaigns
- Support major annual initiatives, including fashion shows, sweepstakes, and application-driven programs
- Contribute to the migration of 12 marketing websites to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders through clear documentation and ongoing communication
- Help balance day-to-day website sustainment with longer-term strategic initiatives
